if a person is jsut flaming 1 other person and it isnt getting TO hard, then he wont get banned anyway (cause other person could use !ignore) but if a person starts flaming A LOT and against players in generall or against most of his team or something, then all in the team would need to !ignore him and therefor, they couldnt talk about tactics and so on anymore. so, flaming actually is gameruining and the rule should stay like it is.

excessive ping cant be stoped by ignoring the player asfaik, so it may be usefull to ban it, though i never had problems with it till now.

Well as for flaming, only excessive or harsh/racism is usually considered bannable (something like "noob", etc is not really a problem).

As for excessive ping, it would fall under the rule "Do not spam" in my opinion (Only had a case in which i ended banning the player, after several warnings to stop pinging).

Rule will remain active to give ENT the freedom to enforce bans in severe cases.
