Yeah, it wouldn't be during countdown, if !votestart passes, instead of starting, it autobalances, THEN starts.

Most people that join HR won't leave until the game has started. From my experience.

I'm not sure why I thought this was complicated, teller was right. Please see if it's working now with auto-balance and all. Needs at least four players.
