The place of lumber in life, Warcraft, and society

So I'm a lumberjack in real life and I've been thinking that lumber has been greatly disregarded on wc3 for the last few years. Lumber used to be very important in ladder; but in custom games such as DotA and Legion TD, lumber has lost its central place. Worse, in LTD you'd think harvesting lumber is easy, but no, it's only wisps! Wrong.. it's really hard work. Lumber is one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century, being a renewable energy. Lumber has lost some of its prestige and importance in society and in warcraft.
Thus, I am suggesting to implement a new, additional, global ladder for ENT, taking into account everything, including all the different ladders for DotA and LTD, donations, contribution to the community such as successful ban requests, etc. In a way, a global ranking and a way of saying kudos when somebody does something good.
This ladder would in short: sort the best people on ENT OVERALL, and would be counted in lumber, thus making it the most important resource on ENT, and giving it back its importance.

Resources have a different impact in different games. Global ladder wont work.

I love trees too. But despite your value and philosophy of trees and being an activist...I do not see how similarly relates to wc3 lumber and resource usage...So, I am not sure whether to take your suggestion seriously.

Can you phrase better what you are suggesting?

Are you suggesting to use "lumber" as some type of ranking system instead of elo?

Are you suggesting that we host ladder games?
