Hire more admins. Every appeal in the forum takes like 10 hours to be responded to. I suggest you hire more admins (I'd even take the job myself).

You lose activity when players are wrongly banned and therefore can't play meanwhile. The response time in the forum is insanely slow, usually autobans are over before such cases even gets replied to.

Most bans are reasonable. Ban appeals are not a must. Whether you leave or disconnect or pull plug or rage quit...the impact to the game is same. We unban those who we feel should be given the benefit of the doubt or deserve a free card or understand their faults. You are appealing your ban...not us "suppose" to unban you.

More staff the merrier, but we will only hire users who are capable and ready to consistently and continually commit. We cannot have anyone as moderators.

As much as getting banned sucks, it is part of our system which is required to sustain our standards and gaming quality.

All mods are required to appeal just like any other user.

Brq and appeal response rate will differ daily depending on our staffs' free time and life circumstances.
