I've found an easy way how to dodge ban: You only have to change server.

I've found an easy solution to that problem. A reban on all realms. Should a person choose to dodge a ban, a more drastic measure will be taken to ensure that this would not happen again in future. The reason some people find that they are able to play on other realms even when banned is because staff are often reluctant to ban an account on all realms.

All bans are realm-specific to avoid players with the same name on other servers. Almost all bans also ban IP address.
