standardize bans

I have a suggestion about the bans in anime maps.
It gets confusing different hosts make bans according to their own wishes regardless weather ban is fair or not,
any way I want to know if it is possible to standardize bans in anime maps e.g Anime fantasy, Animegrandbattle., so that matches can me made more fair.
