spamming swear words

I've seen a number of people spamming swear words such as "Bitch" and "Cunt". It although ENT's auto mute means I don't see exactly what they type after the first 5 or so sent messages, The automatic message from ENT to the tune of "use !ignore don't flame back" is spammed with each message since they are swearing.

Here is an example from a game lobby I was in:

[System]: Use !ignore <playername> to ignore players (for example, if they are flaming); partial names work. Don't flame back!
[Cr4zYf[O.o]L]: cunt
[Cr4zYf[O.o]L]: cunt
[Cr4zYf[O.o]L]: cunt
[System]: [Calm] has refilled [Cr4zYf[O.o]L]'s cookie jar. [Cr4zYf[O.o]L] now has three cookies (try !eat)!
[Cr4zYf[O.o]L]: cunt

[BIG-DOWN]: Stahhhppp

What can I do about this?

You can't do anything about it.
Just !ignore or !mute [If you are the owner]
Or Ban Request them if you really can't hold it. [But sometimes, it may result to denial]
1 Solution: Alt+Tab. Just kidding xD

They're abusing it for cookies.

Simple solution: Remove the option for the bot to give cookies from spamming swear words.

Moved to suggestions as this is something we can discuss about. Perhaps a timer is needed.
