As the title says, the map list is getting too cluttered with old/duplicated maps. Most map hosters don't even bother to look on the list whether it is available or if there is a newer version of it but just upload, upload and upload. I hope someone maintains the listing by removing old/duplicated versions and to somehow make uploading more intuitively strict, dunno if its possible to hash check maps to see if it has a duplicate then disable the uploading w/c would save alot of space, after which will urge the hoster to check the list first for the map.

Well, the duplicate protection already exists.

I don't think the duplicate check is working properly as I can see the same maps with different uploaders on the list. Also maps with extra character in them like ~example.w3x, example~1.w3x, example_01.w3x, etc. bypass the checking as evident on the current map lists. Old versions, maybe like 3 version old should be removed and only retain the latest 2 builds if possible.
