Enable Hosting on w3arena

Hi, im Pad - Headadmin of w3arena.
w3arena is a private pvpgn-server mostly used by the active ladder players.

I would like to provide our users in future the posibility to join games from entgaming.

We have an average of ~200 users online at the same time and ~30.000 registred accounts.

that'd mean i wont have to switch servers anymore between ladder and fungames, awesome idea!
