1 year ban for huge trolls or sabotage game

I would like to suggest a 1 year ban for ppl that troll to much on game selling towers etc or sabotage a game...
Why would a suggest that?
As a good ltd player i think i would like more to play against 4 mh ppl on the oposite team than a troll on mine...
its easier to win against mhackers than troll ppl....so why mh would be banned for 1 year and a guy that make u lose a game shouldnt be too?
