I don't like it when in DotA, I call for solo mid yet some other noob doesn't listen and comes into mid lane with me, making a dual lane at mid. What do you guys think about making a new rule where if two people go mid and either one of them calls solo mid, the person with the higher elo will take mid, but if the lower elo refuses, he gets banned for 5 days.

What if one of you has 1500 elo over 400 games but the other guy has 1400 elo over 50 games.

In your mind who is better, Because your trying to say the higher elo goes mid.

Do you actually remember when it used to be solo bot or top and 2 mid and 2 bot or top (Which ever wasnt solo) Thats how the game used to be played.

Whats wrong with having to mid and shutting down the other teams solo?

I do not agree with this. Dual lane mid is sometimes used in high-level play.

You may have a carry hero, But doesnt mean you are going to do well. In my opinion two mid is good, You shut down the person they sent mid to get strong and in turn ruin the other teams carry.

Remember we are talking about pub games... pub people don't know how to dual mid properly. And what happens if I call solo mid yet a 700 elo on my team picks a hero like mort or lycan and comes mid just to auto attack creeps to mess up my cs and to feed the enemy im facing at mid?

Whats you battle.net account? you talk like your so godlike that no one should go mid but you.

Denied, we aren't going to make a rule not allowing people to use different strategies, if we started doing this, all DotA games would always be the same and if you played differently from the allowable way, you would be banned.
