Suggesting a new rule for risk, no pre-teaming.

The game is based on diplomacy and strategy. Alliances and wars are based on who is the greatest threat, and how to shift the balance of power toward yourself. If two or more people join a game as a stealth team, they have an incredible advantage. They essentially operate as one massive world power, but without everyone else knowing their threat level, because it's an assumed FFA.

Pre-teaming has been banned in the past but it isn't an official rule, yet.

Yes, risk is a free-for-all game, but not all cases of preteaming is quite obvious.
People do get banned for preteaming if it is obvious enough and the case looks clearly unfair.
I do not think we will be making a set of rules for risk yet.

Our general rules will be applied when reviewing cases.
