Regarding leaver ban. Some other bots have a stay ratio. If the stay ratio is higher than 90% or something like that, the auto ban is not taken into account. I really hope ENT implement something similar, as if someone gets disconnected, they will still be banned.

Autoban takes your overall stay ratio, number of games, and everything else needed into account.

Auto ban is only 1 hour for those with a high stay ratio. Sometimes you'll not get banned at all

while we are at it - does anyone know the excact formula? would be nice to know how exactly it works

I'm not quite sure letting users know the algorithm so they can choose to leave a game or not is a good idea.
I'm not sure what other use somebody would have for knowing such algorithm.

However, something we can tell you @souleaf , non-team games (like TDs or azeroth wars) normally dont ban for leaving because it doesn't affect the game. Your stay rate will drop tho.
