Vote start for burbnog td

could it be made so this can be started with 2 players?

Burbenog TD is a team-td. Without a full house of 4 players, this td gets boring (not much variation from two players buildings + hard - too hard)

I can understand if this suggestion gets denied. The dota votestart suggestion on the other hand.... I dont see the reasoning
