I think you need a rule with no anti stuck, and no building behind dark green line. Otherwise, it's the exact same as cross build - just build back towards middle and catch "leaks" of low valuer incomer with anti stuck use.

In theory I agree with you, but even more rules will simply not work on a pub bot imo (plus the bot is almost dead anyway).

then the no cross is really not feasible as a bot, since this is easily implementable without these rules. 1v1 has no anti stuck - shouldn't be too much more to add to this one as well.
