[Dota] Adding bots without elo gain

I'm suggesting to add a bot that elos and KDR aren't count. That means you can't win/lose elos nor change your KDR.
That might be helpeful for many reasons :
1. It can stop stacking Sentinel or Scourge
Honnestly, ENT community got the most stacked players I've seen since I started Dota in 2009 - 2010.
There are any reasons : Elos and Kill death ratio.
Once a or many player(s) with bad elo/bad KDR join(s), mostly players dodge him by being in his opposite team.
They are scared of losing the game because of him/them, they rather play to getting elos and stomp them.
And usually it's the same story : Unbalanced teams, noobs players get more and more loses and don't have fun.
2. Possibility to train some noobs on the same team.
If you are stomping a newbie in a dota game and you both join the next game, there are chances that he'll stack to your team. But you will dodge him, making him leave before the game starts (or lose the game in 90% of cases). The newbie won't learn anything if he's on a noob team. If he's following a good player, he has most chance to learn quickly.
That's like if someone is telling you "Gtfo don't stack to my team", and you want to tell him "I want you learn me a lot of things !!!!"
When I was noob, I learned a lot of things by following a player who was one of the best on DOTACASH community (he didn't care about ELO/Score at all). When we were in the lobby, we both stacked no matter if I didn't have skills. We had a lot of fun. If we weren't on the same team, I honnestly couldn't learn lot of things from him.
3. Apso instead of AP mode
If that bot won't change ELO or KDR players, then the -AP mode would be changed into -APSO. There's sometimes leavers who can unbalance the game (e.g : 3vs5, 2vs4), the switch mode would be enabled for this.
Conclusion :
I hope the suggestion will be accepted, that might change a lot of things :
Less smurfaccounts, there are many of smurfaccounts players because of KDR and ELOS. I'm one of them because I wanted to be in top10, nothing else. Now, I made some smurfaccounts to having fun and stomping stackers.
More balanced teams.
More fun.
Easier to learn.
Once you join the lobby, the ELO and KDR aren't displayed so nodody cares about bad/casuals players. The player plays for fun.
If the bot will be created, I'll personnaly join it with pleasure with my main account
Let give more chance to newbies players who are always getting stomped by stackers.
