Would it be possible for there to be one special wc3 server where players will be allowed to change the latency to a certain extent?
I have alot of EU freinds and im from USa. It is really diffucult to play custom games with them especially when a few of us will have 150+ ping no matter what server we choose.
Ive noticed on a few other bots that changing the latency down a tad really helps this out at least by easing the delay between us.

Latency can't be changed. Signals over cables can only move a certain speed, and since they have to travel to the servers and back again, it will take some time. Only possibility is changing the location of the hosting bot.

1) If u are a euro user, I suggest you play on euro server pub bots only.

Depending on where u r...some euro users have no problem playing on us/ca bots. Just because ur ping is 100+ it does not mean u will lag or have delays. Public hosting bots with multi-realm hosting already have a set latency that works for most ppl...so changing it just for ur friends wont work.

2) Since u have us/ca friends + euro friends...only way to change latency is through ur own hosting or private hosting. U can host via whispering the bot in bnet or host it through the forum. U can select bot server location on forum.

You can host urself or use ENT private bot services:

I have alot of freinds from eu and us. unfortunately no matter what server you choose half of us will recive delay. But something we did notice was lowering the latency using !latency actually helped alot, at least it reduced the delay by alot even if half of us had 150+ ping.

The command doesnt change anything. If you are from USA playing on europe servers, you will have some delay. Deal with it.
Also even if it worked I doubt there will be any commands that affect the whole game given to the public.

I never said I had delay :/. I meant when your playing with freinds from EU and your from USA vice versa, no matter what server you choose half of them will have delay. There wouldn't be a chance that a special server could allow players to use the !latency command to some extent? We tried it on test bot and It really helped ease the delay for us when playing with each other.
