because my university blocks ports selectively, and i can't join games hosted on ent19, but i can join games on some of the higher #'d ent bots (like ent68, the abal us/ca dota bot)

also as the owner of faulty.mkiv (the other swat autohosting bot), you should take down ent24 :p

This is problem with your university arbitrarily filtering outgoing ports. The only port that makes sense to filter is 25.
