Improving Fortress Survival bot.

I would like to make a suggestion that the ability to vote to start should be added on the host bot for Fortress survival. Or that the minimum number of players required should be reduced to 3. Please take this into consideration as I would enjoy being able to play Fortress Survival without waiting 4 hours
