Dota Autodraw Suggestion

Using the most recent implementation of autodraw here: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18251&p=85100&hilit=dota+autodraw#p85100
"For DotA, autodraw if two players leave before 2:00 real time (0:00 dota time)
(optional, if possible) disable autodraw is First Blood is taken before 0:00 (it's possible but rare)"
Suggestion: The time limit for autodraw be extended to 3:00 minutes. Disable autodraw if First Blood is taken or if Rosh has been slain. I am not sure if you can check whether rosh has been slain.
Reasoning: I have played several games where 2 players on my team leave before 3 minutes and the other team is unwilling to draw in order to gain elo. Most players are not invested in the game before 3 minutes since only a few creep waves have spawned and the players are just laning. If FB is taken or rosh is killed, this indicates players are invested in the game with a specific strategy and its possible the opposing team is just trying to dodge losing to an early game strategy. Without any investment in the game or early strategy, players have not done anything significant in the game and are probably just all laning. They could easily play a new fair game without any consequence.
