Autodraw suggestions

First, I'd like to say that I think autodraw is still a good idea. But there are some big flaws with it at the moment. I'll reference only the two games I know, but there may be more problems with other games.

1) Dota:
In DotA, there's a 2 minute time to pick heroes, then the game starts. Autodraw is currently set to four minutes (source which means that if two players leave before 2 minutes ingame, the game is drawn. This is a problem because first blood can be taken far before two minutes if one team's skill level is more than the others. It's also possible to get many kills, and sometimes users will just leave to avoid having to face a farmed (whatever hero).
Example of this happening: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=17903

2) Legion TD: If a user leaves within round 1, the game will be drawn. This becomes problematic when a player will leave quickly before round 1, and then the other team decided to Warrior rush (strategy for quickly ending the game), and then one other player leaves because they can see what will happen, drawing the game.
Example of this happening: viewtopic.php?f=64&t=15898

So proposed changes:
For DotA, autodraw if two players leave before 2:00 real time (0:00 dota time)
(optional, if possible) disable autodraw is First Blood is taken before 0:00 (it's possible but rare)
For Legion TD, autodraw is two players leave before Round One begins (1:20 real time)
Leave it the same in any other games it's implemented in (unsure what they are) unless someone gives a reason to change them.
This eliminates possibility of abuse, while still accomplishing the goal of drawing if the game gets ruined before it starts.

I think the dota ideas should most definitely be implemented. 2 minutes into the game a LOT can happen and its too easy for people to dodge elo loss

@uakf.b In addition, I want to suggest that when a game is autodrawn, it be automatically ended after 1 minute or so. Because right now, some people are missing the text and continue playing the game when it draws.

What if people want to actually play for fun and not just ELO? You ruin the game for those people. (Believe it or not, some people don't care about stats....)

Well, look at the complaints section. People play 60 min games and then complain when it's not scored because they didn't realize it was a draw. You can always go a new game if you want to play, it only takes 10 seconds for DotA to fill.

Then have the message be repeated a couple times. Don't just ruin the game for people. Regardless if it only takes "10 seconds" to fill, they still have to leave this game, go enter the next game, then wait for load screen.

I agree with teller. Sometimes it's fun to mess around when you know the game won't count. Have the message repeat every so often and no one will have an excuse for not knowing the game ended in a draw.

I think not ending the game is a bug, since if an entire team leaves then it will actually end the game. So instead of doing the messages I'm just making it end the game; it anyway only happens if there are two leavers in the first minute or so of the game.
