Lihl forum suggestion

Make access to the lihl forum restricted to those people who are vouched to the lihl. Making unvouched people only able to see the vouch request section.
I think this would be a great enhancement, as currently non legion players can vote in the lihl section about suggestions about gameplay changes, which they know nothing about thus distorting the poll.

I wouldn't really mid if this suggestion was passed. I never look at the LIHL anyway so it wouldn't really concern me. However I think it'd be a better idea to have a private section which only vouched people can see rather than isolating the whole LIHL forum. I believe complete isolation of the LIHL forum would stunt the growth of the league but why do I care? I've never really been interested in LIHL.

People looking for information about LIHL would have a much harder time finding stuff about it. The only concern you've said is about voting; that can be easily restricted without hiding the forum.

I support, however with bolded text being reason.

It would be nice if this could be done.
LIHL forum should definitely stay visible but we could either need a restricted sub-subforum or just restricted polls, either way works.

A solution for the voting problem, could be that the vote itself wasn't used, but that players would have to make a reply about their vote "yes" or "no", and then once the vote is over the topic is locked and a moderator could count the amount of votes on each side. It doesn't take long to look through 3-4 pages and count 17 yes and 5 no, for example.
At least it would be an more easy option, than having to give a person permission to a forum and remove it meanwhile being temporarily un-vouched.

You're right, I forgot about that. LIHL moderators would have to manage two member lists (Battle.net accounts / forum accounts) if the thing is added.
