add more russian rooms

I think there are many people in russia rpg and russian tft rooms.Can you add more?

The Europe server is connected to most of the Russia rooms. Doesn't make sense for east/west coast.

Rooms added now. I got some PM's from some very confused people, public hosting bots are the ones that allow you to host your own games, they are obviously not the same as the autohost bots.
