I haven't tested this MOD, but this or something similar could be implemented and used in the Admin Application section. Restriction should be cannot start new topic unless post count >= 25. Users can still post on other apps of course, but cannot start a new topic for their own app.

BGN has this. I support this, please add it.

This should have been implemented a long time ago. There are people who obviously don't read the admin application requirements but still post anyway. This might make people pay more attention to detail and would overall make things run more fluidly and efficient. Good idea teller, let's please implement this.

Some applications don't require a post count of 25 (e.g., graphics moderator).

Then make a separate spot to post GFX apps.

Or just keep it the way it is?
