Civilization Wars - !Draw

I'm wondering if it's possible to have the bot require just 5/6, 4/5, 3/4, 2/3, for a !draw to work. (I think 2/3 or 3/4 work, can't remember).

I'm getting tired of running into the same dude that will never !draw, 20 seconds into the game, after a desync. I just chose to leave rather than play it out.

Agree with the 5/6 and 4/5, but 3/4 doesn't make sense because the game may be
3v1
