how about you add a feature so players could also start a game hosted by ENT when the guy who hosted it is absent ?
Sometimes the game is full and the host is just not coming, so we can not play and the bot dissolves the game after a time.
So how about after a certain period of time and enough players >3 you can votestart even without the host being in the lobby ?

I don't know, what if it's only been a minute or two and game is already full (like four player map or maybe even smaller) but they want to play.

Most host who go afk in such a manner generally put auto start. Still this may not be a good idea as most host also set them selves up to be the game mode chooser and some games cannot start if said host doesn't choose the modes. Or the host might of put them self as a crucial component of the game such as Island Defenses titan or Tom and Jerry/Tree Tag putting them self as the one and only cat/inferno. If the host is afk and shows no signs of being there and the game cannot start due to this simply host the same game. Tell the other players the name of your game and join making sure to further stress that the host is afk...
