In a team played game- When your team mates leave you should get their elo for that game if you win.

Example: Legion td mega 3.41 ent18

4v4 = normal elo 4v3 = 1.33 the normal elo 4v2 = 2 times the normal elo 4v1 = 4 times the elo

ELO isn't meant for team games, but the current extension of it for team games is much better than your proposed extension. That'd just screw with the formulas and make ELO worthless.

I liked however people will not teach noobs, they will vk them to get more elo.
