Had an issue with reporting "complaints" or other such problems only to find out they were already reported, but I didn't see them since they were listed as processed. What if you left complaints up (instead of moving them to processed) until they were resolved? I figure if you do that, then people (like me) can see the complaint, read that it's being taken care of, and if I have anything to add, then I can post it in the preexisting thread. This will save people from reposting the same complaint over and over, better allocate admins time from having to answer complaints that have already been answered several times, etc.
Kind of a very minor suggestion... but still. I feel bad for wasting time when I post something just to get an "it was already posted" response.

The complaint that you posted was processed because there was already a post (which was linked in the reply to your post) about it. So your reasoning doesn't really make sense.
