Clan? I dont understand, i thought this was a public bot, anyone can join, its not a mini-lihl is it?

I also thought this would be a pub bot and thus I would cut the rules down as follows because those are way too many rules for pubs (red = do not implement):
1. MERCENARY
Under no circumstances is any player permitted to switch to the mercenary builder.
2. GAME MODES
Default game mode shall be selected as -hpgmcb with builder as prophet.
Alternate game modes can be chosen only if 100% of the players in the game agree to it prior to the game starting.
If red player fails to pick a mode (where the default mode is -ap) then players must all chose prophet builder or !draw the game.
3. THE BUILD RULE
All players must build on their own lane, and cannot build a tower that will attack a creep from the opposite lane.
Building any towers in the dark green area is prohibited.
4. THE !DRAW RULE
If any player DC's prior to the end of lvl 20 then it is mandatory for the remainder of the players to !draw the game immediately after the DC.
If a player DC's after lvl 20 then !drawing the game is optional.
5. ANTI-STUCK USE
All anti-stuck usage is prohibited unless the creeps are actually stuck.
6. PAUSE/AFK
Before pausing a player should always inform everyone that he is going to do so AND for how long - The game can always be paused upon a mod request (screenshot)
After a player has been AFK >10min he can be kicked WITHOUT question - if anyone demands it
The use of pause is NOT allowed to discuss strategy
7. SWAPPING
ALL players must be in game before any swaps are made.
ALL players must agree to the swap.
Any flaming/abuse/'convincing' with regards to getting a player to agree will not be tolerated.
Players have the right to disagree at ANY time. That means if a players agrees in the channel then he does not need to agree in the lobby.
NO means NO
8. OBSERVERS
Observers are only allowed to watch a game if 100% of the players in the game agree that it is okay.
Observers may not comment on strategies or give any information to any player in the game.
Observers are not to use the ping function under any circumstances.
9. JUGGLING THE KING
It is not permissible to change the kings target repetitively with the purpose of gaining more gold or time.
10. BUGS AND GLITCHES
Any use of game mechanics which results in a glitch or bug is forbidden.
11. MISC

Forum rules for the LIHL forums follow the same guidelines as all of ENT's forums. You can find the rules here: ENT Forum Rules
About game mode: most games will still be prophet, but if there's a different mode once in a while .. who cares. Better than having to handle with reports every day and if someone picks -ap I'm sure that not everyone would pick prophet, thus it would destry the whole game.
Draw rule: not needed, pubs won't do it anyway - at least not always.

@diablo_ I'm hoping to get them all into clan LIHL. This isn't just for pubs - expecting applicants to LIHL to have no exp with IH gaming and play LIHL is almost dooming them to failure. It might be slightly "easier" to just have a pub bot, but then pubs can't challenge each other, or see who is ready to play game without joining and leaving the HR game. It's very easy to "fish" for players when every1 is in same channel, much more difficult to whisper every1 - and having commands of !top and !bot make for very easy rating access/contact of other players actively using framework.
If @supersexyy @diablo_ @matdas are for this suggestion, the 1v1 bot (currently in 6th page) can just be placed within this bot with a !start1 for this bot.

That forum is pretty much a Mini-Lihl suggestion, people have to join a clan to play on the bot.
Thats what eld is suggesting. I honestly think if we do a no cross ltd bot, it should be made to the public, and with Diablo's edited rules.

Since LIHL is very high level and not really easy for pubs to transfer into, clan LIHL could expand clan invites to higher ELO (such as those who would be eligible for HR bot, but not vouch for LIHL) and they could obs/start games (not LIHL games) using the clan bot. They would use a separate stat bracket.
They could play games such as psyclone is complaining about (with xbuild not used) that is rare in ent18 even with higher ELO games.
This would provide a method for reviewing applications to LIHL in LIHL game setting without dealing with low level applicants skewing the ELO ladder.
Members of clan LIHL would have the ability to !start/!challenge each other to In-House games, which people could join if they sign up. The clan would be accessible to anyone who met the criteria, would automatically extend !invite privileges (HR Bot ELO, or apprx. 1300) to the clan. Players would join the clan in the same way current members did, and would receive the benefit of hosting games.
Trial Members would play in this league, and any high ranked pub players who wish to test out LIHL style league before applying.

Sure eld, your idea also has pros but it just isn't practical and won't be used too much I fear. And using the LIHL bot might screw things up aswell (if it would even work with the same bot, which I doubt) when they for example double sign etc.
A pub bot is simply easier to use and open to everyone while bringing a better experience to ppl who dislike crossbuild and so on.

Matdas was fine with it. Only you two have expressed doubts, as not many have actually posted. And it will definitely be a more difficult experience without LIHL format, as pubs are mostly ELO-grinders and noobs, and the people who wish to not cross is very limited. A repeat of the HR bot will most likely have the same outcome as the HR bot.

What about this:
1. Have the administrators drop the HR bot's ELO requirement and make it only have a games played requirement (The HR bot currently is dead, so I don't think this would be a problem).
2. Leave it up to players in the community to start the word that the HR bot is played with no cross building.
3. Let the players who are interested in playing with no cross building fill the HR bot and fish for players.
4. Let the players involved enforce the rule of no cross building.
5. Enjoy playing LTD with no cross-building.
This is 100% entirely possible. We actually used this very same method to start playing games with no mercenary. It worked, it was a lot of fun and we had a lot of active players. It eventually led to the creation of the LIHL.
Bottom line: Leave it up to the players to create the atmosphere that they want and if there is enough demand it will happen.
The only thing that would be needed from ENT is to remove the HR bot's ELO requirements. Very easy on administration and mods, no invites, no clans, no signing up, no changes to lihl, no changes to the current public bots, etc. Easy.
PS - You can also rename the games it hosts to "[ENT] Legion TD Mega No Cross #1"

Agreed - though a set of rules will need to be established eg No double building? Total solo lanes?
Also an announcement can be made on the pub ltd bot to promote this, I'm sure it would be popular.
