Disable autoban in Tom and Jerry

@uakf.b , i just played my first Tom and Jerry game as Cat, and i don't think it's neccessary to keep autoban there. We're getting rushed by appeals containing complaints about that game.

(15:30:10) cyberpunk: noobs will get ban all the time

noobs think the game is over and leaving, but looks like mices can rescue each other, so they have to wait for allies.
