autoban = check user stats pls

yes, CHECK THE USER GENERAL STATS BEFORE or AFTER AUTOBAN, MORE OVER WHEN ENT16 BUGS. ty guys

We can't check everyone's stats who has been banned by autoban , it would be waste of time
leavers will be banned , players can always make appeal

If you have high stay percentage and don't have a ban recently, it won't autoban you.
