Slow map download abuse

So I'm in a dota apem room right now, and some guy named "Chingwa" is downloading the map at 1% every 8 seconds. Do the math. Why is the server even allowing a download that slow? Shouldn't take 10 minutes for a game full of people to start.

Unless he left and rejoined just to DL the map all over again and delaying the game it's not really any abuse.

And there has never been a bottom limit on how slow you can DL maps on wc3. some bots have a cap on 100Kb/sec tho or alike but part from that there aint really a limit you gota be over to be allowed to DL a map

@bansheex As long as there's no pattern of join/leaving in order to stall the game start, there's nothing wrong. Otherwise, report it (for publicly hosted games).
