A pro bot for Civilization wars

it often happen that players with good stats has to leave the civ wars bot because a random newbie player join it
it often makes unbalanced team and makes games never starts.
It would be nice if there was a second bot hosting civ wars but that would only allow player with 1100+elo to join.
That way, teams would much less unbalanced and almost everyone will be happy to play with almost anyone else.
game would starts much more quickly that way

Also, for experienced player, if they want a casual gaming that gives less ELO, they could go in the normal bot
if they want a pro match, they go in the one that request 1100+elo and they can get more elo from the game (much more closer to 15)

what do you think, I know we are a lot to complain about games not starting fast enough, but I don't know if they will see this message and support me.
I'll try to tell it to a lot of person so they can support this thread.

No way. The community is small enough as it is. At certain times of day the bot doesn't fill for at least 30-45 minutes. Neither bot would fill if all the 1100+ players joined one and the 1100 and below players joined the other. We also need the pro players to teach the new players how to play as the gameplay is not immediately obvious (e.g. mid.) If there was no decent players playing mid no new player would ever learn how the role works. This is one of those ideas that would be great if there was an unlimited influx of new players and a large amount of experienced players, but this is nowhere near the case. Definetly don't support.

as it was stated by ImbaHybrid in a lobby, it would also solve the problem of losing too much elo to smurf

The bot has around 35 games a day, way too less to split it up on 2 bots.

Why dont you use discord to meet up in a grouß with skilled players and host it private ?
