Additional line of rules on anti-stuck in LTD Mega

Good day readers,
preface:

My name is Theo and my ingame name and ENT-account name are both maxtheo2.
I am a big LTD Mega enthousiast with over 700games on my name, and I always try to abide the rules and make the game fun and fair for all parties. And it is only recently(after asking mod:jabba41 about it) I have come to an understanding that using anti-stuck on mid is allowed.
Believe it or not I was quite surprised, because in my 700+ games I have always told people who did this it was not allowed while quoting the rules to back me up(more specifically the rule:"Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate"). I firmly believed I was in the right doing this, being backed up by numberous people also claiming it wasn't allowed. Untill I got told in a recent game of LTD Mega I was wrong, this person stated he also believed this for a long time untill he got told by a mod it actually is allowed. I didnt believe him first so he send me the link to the ban request he made for a person doing this where he got told by the mod he himself was in the wrong and was lucky he didn't get banned for spreading false rules. I still couldn't believe it so I asked a mod(jabba41) via ENT-chat and he confirmed this.
Anyways, the point I'm trying to make with this long story is that I think the rules concerning anti-stuck in mid are NOT clear, to counter this I would suggest adding a new line along the lines of "Using anti-stuck in mid on your side is allowed in al circumstances". It could be as simple as that to prevent a lot of confusion.

I support this suggestion.

Many players believe its kill stealing down at king when you antistuck your own units (or the players units who is in need of the gold, a holder for example)
1/10 games i have to tell someone its not banable when i use it in mid to let someone who is in need of the gold catch the leaks.

Most LTD mods went through this many times with nabo. over the past years.

Must be used on your stuck units.
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate.
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king with the intention to hide units or to aggro units away from king.
Cannot be used on creeps and sends that are attacking the king.
Can be used to mutually leave kills to your team-mate

Added the following clarification to the rules;

Must be used on your stuck units.
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate. (Using anti-stuck on units in the middle is allowed)
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king with the intention to hide units or to aggro units away from king.
Cannot be used on creeps and sends that are attacking the king.



*Note that the rule remains the exact same, we simply clarify it in order to make it easier for users to understand.
