tl;dr; HLW would need:

Blinking. Intentionally Blinking to a place where it is glitched out and hence gaining an advantages over the enemy team and refuses to blink out for more than 2 minutes.
Game specific, would probably need to add

However, it contains glitches, so it is covered by general rules. Wouldnt an announcement be enough?

It is certainly an unfair advantage and exploiting unintended map terrain. We could just ban as a general game ruin or glitch exploit.
