make 1100 + ELO game for LoD

Many great reasons for doing this:

1. Let the noobs play among themselves and the pros have a noobless game. It's hard to have fun when youre noob and youre getting raped by pros.

2. Curtails the smufing problem. If you dont know what smurfing is it's pros creating new accounts to help boost other pros ELOs.

3. Allows you to earn your right to play with good players. Something to strive for.

1100+ can still play in the no requirement game but you must be over 1100 to play in dat game. What you guys think?

We have ELO requirement games for DotA and they do not get any players. I don't see why LoD would be any different.

LoD community is not big enough to handle a split of its player base.
