HLWL shrine use on opposite team's summons

Postby Mercy » Fri Jan 24, 2014 8:48 pm

I feel that this gives the other team or same team an unfair advantage. I may speak for myself, but I feel that if using a shrine on the opposite team's summons- such as the skeles for Dark Archer, or on Dragon Mage's ultimate, even on the Prophet's Wolves/Hell Fiends/Infernal, etc, is giving your team an advantage, then it's disadvantageous the other team and can ultimately ruin the game.

I mean, I love to play games that are fair- I'm odd like that, and being someone who doesn't shrine other's summons on the opposite team, I feel it should be something that's bannable.

I'd like to hear thoughts.

Part of the game. By shrining enemy summons you're spending mana that could be used to kill your creeps. It's a trade-off, and part of the game. You're free to cripple yourself by not shrining enemy summons, but don't expect other people to do so. You can't tell someone to not play the game the way it was intended.

Well, while that may be so, if the other team doesnt have summon heros, it seems incredibly unfair and gives the game an incredibly unbalanced base.

"By shrining enemy summons you're spending mana that could be used to kill your creeps" is truly all that needs to be said. If the other team doesn't have summon heroes, they are still spending mana to kill your creeps that they could be using to kill their own stuff
