There's no need for that. Just use the common sense, check their avg stay rate/their ban history and ban them.

You'll fine this page of violations and ban times in your brain. It may take a while for your brain to load it but once you've accessed it, you can ban people accordingly.

The only ban that is actually ''set'' is the maphack one. For one years. For the rest, depend on what dreath/cyber said AND ( I will add ) how does it affected the game in the end.
