Cannot Upload a Map "No File Chosen"

I have been unable to upload maps for a few days now, when I
select a map and hit
Upload and then
wait, a few seconds later it displays the message
No File Chosen

alright it's working now, but now it wont host the map lol

There was a problem with Atlanta location which has been fixed.
