Unable to join games

I'm not banned but yet I still can't join a game. What reason is that? I can join any type of games besides dota.

Yeah, I already had the version of 75 but it still wouldn't let me join. Then ent security told me go to one of ent download games and for some reason I had to re download it. I was able to join like bgns game but not ent.
