Need help

After the latest update i cannot join bnet. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall game but nothing changed. It shows me a message saying :
Failed to load.
required library 'KERNEL32.dll' is missing export 'K32GetProcessImageFileNameW'.

Does anyone know what can i do to play dota again?

You likely need to delete all Warcraft 3 related files, restart your computer, and do a fresh install from Blizzard's website. Be sure you are running everything as an administrator on the computer. Also, click the 'Repair' option in the launcher to see if it can fix the problem. Let me know if this works.
