Account Stats Reset

Hi guys, i've been inactive for nearly 5 months now and was in LIHL but I just got unvouched.
Can u please restore my points for the account dar]katana@europe.battle.net because somehow all of them got reset ?
I am validated for darkatana and dar]katana on useast and europe.

Edit : Addition info

I had to move to another town and i hope under these circumstances you can ignore the fact i was inactive for 5 months.
