Problem whit account

I have a problem, I had an account registered with the name Ka0s, I did not log on the site for a long time and now I tried to reload but I did not remember the password, I made the request via email sabrewolf75@live.it several times but I can not get no email to modify it.
Not being able to log or register I had to create this new account Ka0sWc3 but being different from the original every time I go to wc3connect and connect to a YOUTD I get knocked out because you tell me that the connection name of wc3connect is different from that of the lan, if I change the one of the LAN does not recognize the rescues (163 lvl) kindly and can delete the old account Ka0s so that I can do it again or can you send me an email where I can change the pass and re-access ??

There is currently no account in the wc3connect database for ka0s.
Do note that this means that the account should be available for creation.

You will need to follow the steps on our wiki for creating an account with wc3connect.
Also, be sure you client is up-to-date.
