Can't connect games

Hello. Im trying to use a connect from ur site but i doesnt work for me. I click on Connect for any game but still want me to download a Java. I do that but its always the same information. Can't see any window for accept java run. Where is t he problem ? Im using Google chrome.

You will need to use internet explorer as all other browsers block Java by default.

Also, be sure you've follow ALL required steps prior to using ENT Connect.
