Hello,

So i had no luck finding a solution on my own, so i thought i'd ask this question here;

Recently i joined a quick play ladder game, this resulted in me getting a '1' next to my name.

My question is, is there anyway to remove this '1' from my name?

I believe that is incorrect. If you don't play ladder for a certain period of time, you're exp will "decay". After a long period of time it will decay to a point where you will no longer be ranked as 1.

I'm not sure the exact, and it might be on their website (right click your name in bnet and click View web-profile) and look for it there. But I know I played 1 ladder game once and had a rank 1 next to my name for a while but now it's gone. I can't remember how long it lasted to be honest.

This is a blizzard issue, not an ENT issue.

Note: with blizzard any open support issues are called "tickets" once u create an account with them and open a ticket, blizzard employees will help you directly.

PS - If blizzard won't fix it for you, then sexyy, deathknight and teller are all correct. It will go away on its own. Just a matter of how long
