Entconnect as replacement for Battle.net

Is it possible to join via EntConnect with a downloaded version of Warcraft?

@Leiwanda Yes, it should be possible, considering you dont need cd-keys to play on ENT connect

You join games via ENT connect page, and then join the game on warcraft 3 via LAN option (Note: never close the ENT Connet tab, or else you will disconnect yourself ^^)

I know how to join, I played before with a bought version, but somehow the games don't appear.
Do I need battle.net access?

Write here after you tried what we spoke, so that admins might know the result (He's using firefox, ENT connect square is green, but war3 version was 1.21 so suggested to update it till 1.26, and try again, since Leiwanda said he coulnd't see games).
