HUGE LATENCY @Northrend

Hello,
I'm playing on Northrend & we're all facing big latency last days...
All players get around 250ms. From 15ms normally to me.
Why is that?

Then another Q.
I'm really enjoying AUTO BALANCe on your bot, how could you create more games of this kind?

Is this on the europe bots or the us/ca bots?
