strange stats issue, elo only goes down

my account is "e46-" my wins and losses and kdr update correctly but when i win the elo doesn't change. only when i lose will the elo go down but never up, i have been stuck at 1227.16 for a while even with several wins... i stopped playing this account for about a month and today i went to try it again and its still stuck. any help is greatly appreciated!

Your displayed ELO will be the maximum out of all of your accounts. You appear to have one registered on USEast and another on USWest, so only playing on whichever one is currently the higher ELO will change your ELO. Wins and losses are summed across your account.
