Brief introduction:
I live in Quebec, my first language is french, and am currently in cegep (transition between highschool and college). I am very passionated of soccer, and I just began playing half-professional level with my club. I also play with my cegep team and I never miss a game of Chelsea FC, the club I support. I spend quite alot of my free time on Warcraft III and I've been playing for almost 10 years.

What are your current hours of playing time (approximate): I play around 5-6 hours a day off, 2-3 during school days.

What is your current time zone: EST

Describe any relevant experience in moderating and in Warcraft III: I have never been a moderator in the past, but considering all the positive feedback I receive from moderators about my Ban request and Ban appeals reviews/comments, I think I'm on the right track.

As I said above, I've been playing Wc3 for almost 10 years. I played alot of Naruto Ninpou when I was 10 years old. I evolved into playing Elimination Tournament in a very good clan, followed by ladder games then NWU/LTD on ENT hosted games. I also spent quite alot of time on other games such as: Ice Escape, Naruto Battle Royal, Ninja duels, Uther party, Troll and Elves, Warlock and Castle Fight. Two years ago I discovered a very entertaining game called Banjoball and its community of people. I'm still in touch with most of them as they moved to Dota2. During that time I was helping with tracking stats for leagues and making mock drafts. More recently, I've restarted playing NWU and LTD on daily basis.

Why do you want to become a game moderator: I caracterize myself as someone who has a cool temper and I think that I can deliver a fair and unbiased judgement on any case I review. I want to become a game moderator because I believe it's important to get the best out of this community. I am someone who takes pleasure when a game is played fairly and within the rules (like the majority of us). It would be an honor for me to work on making ENT games as enjoyable as I can for everyone. Most of all, I am always trying to learn new things and help people around me.

What will you bring to the ENT/Warcraft III community: My activity is indeed something I will bring to the ENT community, never in my life did I take distance with Warcraft III because it is something I enjoy just like the ENT community. My willingness to help fellow gamers and my strong attachment to this community is also something to consider. I know there are alot of DotA/LoD ban requests under the pile, and despite having never played the game, I have reviewed many of them to help as much as I could have. I also developped skills to detect MH'ers very quickly because there's nothing I dislike more than those cheaters. Perhaps this could be a good asset for moderator position.

Closing Statement: As of right now my downfall might be that I have not been active for a long period of time on ENT forums, but I hope you will give me the chance to prove you that when I start something, I never give up. I would also like to say a special thank to every game moderator that helped me with ENT tools (FCD DRM), who gave me advices about Ban request/appeal reviews and answered every single questions I've asked them

He's got support from me. Very active lately, good attitude in and out of the game. He is also willing to take advices and learn. Found no toxic behaviour in game playing with and against him.

+1 on almost every night very knowledgeable. What he doesnt know he will ask. Very fair and accurate in map hack and drm usage.....He learns fast, clicking at a rate of at least 80 posts a week

You characterize yourself as someone with a cool temper yet people will see the opposite in this thread. For one, you don't want Mod because you want to provide far and unbiased ban requests, but rather for your own necessity + power.

I don't think you want mod for what you say you want it for, but rather to protect your own elo in-game which is not what mods are looking for on the forum. You are just afraid of playing against alts + losing when that's what NWU is all about aka winning/losing.

Clear vendetta on me on and others. Are you sure you have a cool temper because in this chatlog you don't seem to have one? You seem to play NWU more than any other game other than LTD. Looks like we have a conflict of interest here.

Also, HazarD afk-reset in this game which is a bannable offense in DotA/NWU. When I was admin, I just overlooked it because I felt bad for his team when they lost super hard.

You don't want an admin who clearly breaks the rules, easy to anger and is power-hungry to bat.

I want to be neutral in this since my opinion could be biased regarding what I think of Hazard.

I can't deny he has done some work on the forums this past week, but you say you've been playing WC3 for years and ENT games too, yet you've only registered to the forum in january. And on top of that, you've only started being active for a week. What changed so suddenly that you want to be mod here at ENT?

Also there seems to be some beef going on between you and multiple players of the community (KrNx, Masamune, Rocky, Cien, and probably others) from what I could see in the logs posted by Masamune and posts on the forum. How will you react as a mod if you get in an argument with these players or any others?

How can you as a mod make sure rules are respected if you flame other players and break rules yourself (afking and even moving your hero before the 5 min counter so you don't get kicked)?

Earlier I was joking with someone else in chat and suddenly you told me this:

I don't see why you care so much about elo in a game that is far from being competitive to the point where you think I along with other players attempt to "snipe your elo". Games are made to be played win or lose, elo is just something extra and should not change your behavior. I don't know about other players but 98% of my games are on my main account and the few games I have played on alts have never been against you, so I would like if you would stop being so paranoid about it.

Having this kind of attitude toward the game will likely make you abuse your powers so I suggest you drop it.

Masamune resigned/was demoted (I don't know) mostly because of this little fight against you. Yet, you flame just as much as him according to what I've seen so far. In my opinion you are only applying now to defend yourself against these "elo snipers" and it's really a bad reason. How will you moderate games if you are scared to play games against these players?

I've looked at some applications before doing mine to know more about what ENT staff are looking for. Every question/comments have to be answered by whoever applies. In 8/10 games I play with masamune, I use the !ignore command because I'm not interested in that kind of stuff but it looks I can't do that here. That's why I believe I have a cool-temper. Most people would just flame him back, I don't and I won't. He posted himself the proof that I ignore him.

First off, I am sorry that you feel that way towards me. It's pretty clear that you hold alot of hatred against me and to be honest, I don't even know why.

Secondly, I don't want to start a flame war here so I'll simply answer some of your points that I believe are relevant in this topic.

Exhibit B: Yes, I would be extremely happy if you gave me the opportunity to play a good game, against good players, but mostly with good players.

Exhibit C: Regarding flaming, I rarely fall into that kind of flaming. I won't try to excuse myself.

The second point is more important tho. You're asking me if I can be unbiased because I don't like Rocky.

I think we dont need NWU moder, just simple 1-2 ban requests on 1 mounth. With this can deal Matdas, and he does well. The story with ELO returning... And how everyone can see, we are not friendly community, we are mad kids fighting for ELO... Its sad, but its trues. So give power to someone of us is trully mistake. WE are not community and we dont need spokesman who is moderator, it would be a shame and I dont want it for NWU map, this forum.

I gotta agree with Matdas.

Before your complaint of Masamune, there is no real contributions. You just seem to be after ingame powers to mess with some people how make alts.

I just can't see you as fair and mature mod based on your posts within the last month.

Imo you should wait some time to show you are in fact mature and nice guy who wants to improve ENT games for public and not for yourself.
