I won't move until middle of Oct...currently apartment hunting now. I'll keep ya up to date though. I think we could use you because once I start my full time job, I have no idea what my schedule will be like on DotA.

I'm not against this application, but I never knew you could apply for all games as a game moderator.

Yes, when you was talking about Replays + programming I was wondering if you could have created some program like dota replay manager..

I've done ASP.NET in C# and VB before using Visual Studio...also have done work with XML/XMAL. I actually like designing stuff, so let me know if you need any help with designing stuff, especially in ASP.

I still !support him since he really seems to know what he's talking about from an IT/programming point of view.

I dont think the game type really matters since it seems that "other game mods" are still helping with dota and other games.

You should never kick in game for maphacking because there is no way to know if the fog click is legit without using a detector that gives you an unfair advantage. For maphacks you have to check the replay before banning.
